Can a 72-year-old run our country? The answer may be yes if McCain's choice for Vice President is an indication of what his presidency may be like. Sarah Palin, the freshman governor of Alaska, is a newcomer to the political world which qualifies her to bring new ideas to Washington which are desperately needed to turn our country around in the midst of repeated failures by an entrenched political culture that appears to only want to line the pockets of the super-rich.
