Recently, a photo of the Bent Run Waterfalls by Jon Holiday was used for the cover of the Warren County's tourist magazine. Mr. Holiday gladly donated his work and credit for the work was given to him inside the publication. Wikipedia has published a photo by Chris Lareau at its Allegheny National Forest web page and an edited version of this photo has appeared at the Kinzua Country Tango Website. It is gratifying to the editor to be of use for such a worthy organization. The Warren Parks and Recreation Commission recently used three photographs by Chris Lareau for its Warren, Pennsylvania video. View photos: 1, 2, 3) The photographer is glad to be of service for such a worthy effort. For information on how photos can be used for little or no charge, e-mails should be directed to the editor of the web site.
The editor at Allegheny Almanac is glad to furnish these images so that the rest of the world can see how beautiful our area is and all of us can share in our good nature. It is hoped that many more photos from Allegheny Almanac will be seen in publications and throughout the internet. There are a great many more terrific shots at the website, according to the editor, who hopes as many people as possible can enjoy them.
The editor would love to hear from republishers of work that he has published to discuss ways of providing more intellectual property for their future and continued success.
